Who is Tiffani (with an "i")?

Instead of creating a space in a WORLD;

I'd rather create a world in a SPACE.

I recall saying this to my grandmother years ago when I "undeclared" architecture as my undergrad major and set forth to design my own major, and subsequently my career. Her response, after a pause filled with reflection, was as simple as it was profound:

"I see. You want to make things PRETTY."

Her words became a metaphor for the work I do. Whether in film, theater, concerts, exhibits, or multimedia, my design philosophy is rooted in this principle. Design is the universal language that connects storytellers with their audience, translating abstract ideas into tangible worlds. It’s the structure upon which stories come to life. While "making things pretty" may be the end result, true beauty lies in the process: the creative intention, the parameters, and the collaboration that live beneath the surface.

As I forge my path through this landscape, I recognize the need to extend my hands in multiple directions; to make an impact not only as a designer but as a mentor. Coming from an academic background, I understand the importance of a clear path and strong support system. I’ve made it my mission to ensure that others, especially those on paths similar to mine, find both the guidance and opportunities they need to succeed. Just as I’ve constructed my own path, I aim to help others build theirs.
